Shifo Home Health services include skilled nursing care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy. Additional services include assistance from a home health aide, licensed social worker,as needed.

We provide health education, teaching, and support for diabetes, various types of cancer, high cholesterol, and other chronic diseases. In addition, we help to supervise your medication intake as well as provide IV therapy, Ostomy and Catheter care.
